Al Dhafrah Region Municipality Approval

Al Dhafrah Region Municipality provides its services in the Al Dhafra region of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi through integrated government service centers in Madinat Zayed, Al Mirfa City, Liwa City, Sila City, Ghayathi City, Delma City and Al Ruwais City. The municipality actively contributes to supporting development plans and achieving sustainable development in the Al Dhafra region, through extensive infrastructure projects and distinctive digital municipal services, based on its vision and mission to make Abu Dhabi an emirate with urban development and integrated transportation that enhances the quality of life, and organizes, develops and manages urban growth. And transportation in an integrated and sustainable manner by providing infrastructure, facilities, and pioneering smart services for the well-being and happiness of society.

  • Appointment Letter
  • Owner EID
  • Owner Approval on Design
  • Commercial Registration (in case the representant is a commercial entity)
  • Power of Attorney (if applicable)
  • Undertaking Letter (applicant committing to adhere to authorities conditions and specifications)
  • Contractor’s License

  • Site Plan
  • Architectural Drawings
  • Structural Drawings and Calculations
  • Civil Defense Preliminary Drawings
  • Electrical Drawings
  • No-objection Certificates NOC report by relevant authorities (ADCD, DOT, ADDC water, ADDC power, ETISALAT, EITC-DU, ADSSC, ADNOC, DOH,..etc)
